Go to Report an Issue, choose the order, select the affected items, upload photos if you have them, and submit the complaint. Our team reviews Freshness Guarantee claims within 24 hours.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Most approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. Voucher solutions are usually added to your account faster after the support team approves the case.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request an address change before the driver leaves the packing hub. Open Support or contact the driver from the tracking page as soon as possible.

What if my order is late?

Check the tracking page first for updated ETA. If the order is delayed too long, contact support and we will help check traffic, driver status, or compensation options.

Can I cancel or pause my weekly farm box subscription?

Yes. Open your account, choose Farm Box Subscription, then pause, edit, or cancel before the next packing cutoff time.

How do I use my discount voucher?

Enter the voucher code in the cart or payment page before placing the order. The discount will appear in the order summary if the voucher is valid.
